Cooking Ep. 06 | Brownies Pudding

Today my little cousin came home and asked me to make a cake for him. And voila, I make this simple yet tastes really good brownies pudding for him. Another texture of the brownies but still with the very good of taste! ✨❤

Ingredients

 22cm d pan
  1. 3 sheets white bread (small pieces)
  2. 600 ml liquid chocolate milk
  3. 80 grams dark chocolate compound
  4. 1 sachet plain gelatin
  5. 80 grams sugar
  6. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1 item egg yolk

Step

  1. Blend white bread, dark chocolate, jelly, cocoa powder, sugar and liquid chocolate milk until smooth.

  2. Cook on low heat while continuing to stir so as not to clot, then add salt, stir again.

  3. Pour a little mixture in a bowl of egg yolks, then shake.

  4. Pour back into the pan, then stir and cook until it boils.

  5. Wet the pan with a little water so that the mixture does not stick, then pour the mixture. Leave at room temperature, if it is not hot, put it in the refrigerator until set.

  6. If it's set, sprinkle the cheese on top (you can replace it with chocolate sauce / vla, or you can skip it).

  7. Brownie pudding is ready to be served.
